Dry dog cleanses without water, rinsing or mess.  All you need to do is spray Dry Dog all over those dirty spots and wipe off with a cloth.  It's that simple (okay, why do I have the infomercial guy's voice running through my head?).  To eliminate foul smells, and be honest who doesn't want that, just spray all over the coat and remove excess if necessary.
