Ice Pups Frozen Make-at-home Treat - makes 1 gallon

We here at K9 Raw Diet make our own healthy version of frosty paws here at home. And we love it! But sometimes we just can't be bothered to go to the trouble and when we tried Ice Pups by The Honest Kitchen, we knew we had a hit. While intended for dogs, even the cat loved it!

Ice Pups is a chicken and turkey based powder to which you add your own water in order to make a delicious and nutritious frozen treat for your dog. While the instructions specify directions for mixing the product with water and then pouring into ice cube trays, we find that using our own containers makes a much better type of frozen treat, especially if you have large dogs (ie: use larger containers for larger dogs!). We take leftover deli tubs or tupperwear containers, mix the Ice Pups at the ratio of 2 tbsp of product to every cup of hot water and then simply pour into our own containers. Freeze it up and serve it as is! We make Ice Pups every single day as they are a great afternoon snack which keep the dogs occupied for a while without adding massive amounts of calories to their diet.

Making a frozen treat for your dog has never been easier. Ice Pups are a terrific treat for a hot day but can also be served on its own to encourage water consumption for those dogs who need it. Each cocoa tin container of Ice Pups is 10 oz in size which will make approximately 30 trays of ice cubes or a whopping 1 gallon of beverage. Ice Pups contain no grains, by-products, sugar, salt, artificial flavours, artificial colours or preservatives. It's just good ol' protein and herbs, that's it! Your dogs will absolutely love you for the rest of your life.
